How does the process work?

After expressing interest, an Island Properties agent will schedule a free strategy session with you. This will include a walkthrough of your home, followed by a proposal.

Are there any minimums?

There are no minimums or maximums. The pre-sale renovation budget is based on the post-renovation value and equity in the home.

What properties qualify?

Our goal is to help as many clients as possible. However, we require a minimum of 20% to 30% equity in the home to qualify for the Plus program.
